This disclaimer governs your use of the 2Doorz Mobile Detailing website and services. By engaging with our website or booking our services, you accept this disclaimer in full.
 

 

1. Service Limitations and Vehicle Condition
 

 

2Doorz Mobile Detailing performs detailing services based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.
 

  • Pre-Existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear and tear on the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, paint chips, deep scratches, fabric tears, broken trim pieces, or mechanical failures. We will attempt to identify and notify the client of any significant pre-existing damage prior to service.
     

  • Contaminants: We are not responsible for any issues resulting from excessive or difficult-to-remove contaminants, including biohazards, mold, or heavily ingrained stains. Removal of such items may require specialized services and additional charges, which will be communicated to the client prior to work commencing.

 

2. Assumption of Risk (Mobile Service)
 

 

The client understands that 2Doorz Mobile Detailing is a mobile service.
 

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the service location is safe, legal, and permits automotive detailing activities.

  • The client acknowledges and accepts any risks associated with performing auto detailing work at the client’s designated location (e.g., foot traffic, weather, or obstacles).
     

 

3. Pricing and Estimates

 

  • All prices displayed on the website are "Starting From" prices and are estimates only. The final price is determined by the vehicle's size, type, and specific condition upon arrival and visual inspection by the detailer.
     

  • The final service price will be confirmed with the client before work begins.
     

 

4. Website and Content Accuracy
 

 

The content (including text, photos, and videos) provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure all information is accurate, 2Doorz Mobile Detailing makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information provided herein. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
 

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

In no event will 2Doorz Mobile Detailing, its owners, or its employees be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the performance of services or the use of this website. Our liability is expressly limited to the cost of the service provided.

Refund Policy

2Doorz Mobile Detailing does not issue refunds for services rendered. All sales are final.

Upon the completion of any detailing service, the client is required to inspect the vehicle's interior and exterior with the Owner/Operator present to ensure satisfaction with the work performed.

 

Service Adjustments and Dispute Resolution

 

Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If, upon final inspection, you are not entirely satisfied with a specific aspect of the service:

  • The client must immediately inform the Owner/Operator before the detailer leaves the premises.

  • We will promptly address and correct the specific issue on-site at that time.

If an issue is discovered after the detailer has left, the client must notify 2Doorz Mobile Detailing within 24 hours of service completion. We will schedule a time for a follow-up inspection and, at our discretion, may offer to correct the issue within 48 hours of the original service date.

 

Policy Exception

 

  • Refunds or partial refunds will only be issued if explicitly agreed upon in writing between the client and the Owner/Operator of 2Doorz Mobile Detailing. This is done on a case-by-case basis and is never a guarantee.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that schedules change. Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy for details regarding deposit forfeitures or fees for cancellations or no-shows.
